After riding by on my ever faithful bicycle, 'Violet' (lavendar bike with streamers and an orange basket...:), a number of times while exploring our new home, Key West, my husband, and ever willing dining companion, and I, tried Help Your Self Organic foods. We initially stopped today because a friend reminded us that the fresh market was only there on Mondays...so...after the gym workout we headed over. I am amazed at the eclectic quality of life here on our Island....Here, on a sweet little corner, local performers were playing their guitars softly. Friendly (and yes, friendly...Im not sure what the last reviewer meant when she stated the staff was unfriendly..) staff, (I was warmly welcomed) and just a relaxed ambience. Im JUST tossing my hat into the ring as far as starting to change my diet from 'typical' yet somewhat healthy to EXTREMELY healthy for body AND soul. This was a good beginning...:) I did purchase some lovely organic leafy green veggies and we decided to stay for lunch. We both shared a hummus wrap that was out of this (cosmic) world delicious and have not been hungry ALL DAY since enjoying that meal. I also enjoyed a small bottle of what was labeled 'Daily Detox'. It is a combination of beet, carrot, and lemon juice. All organic and truly hit the spot for me...I think my husband would have preferred something a bit different, but being the perennial good sport, he shared it with a smile. Will I/we go back? A definite yes. Yes. Yes.

Excellent organic menu. Hugh price tag and long wait times preclude 5 star rating, but still highly recommended if in town!

I really enjoyed this place. The food, the market, the t-shirt. I just get excited when there are good, reliable, healthy options! The service was ok, and I got a sense of snooty-ness from a few of the employees, but all-in-all I will be back! Fresh, good juice is hard to come by!

Ok I admit my sister is one of the chefs here - but the food is really amazing. I have had just about everything on the menu during the course of visiting, and it's all delicious. Especially the smoothies and juices. Great for detoxing after a night out on Duval St. Just wish there was one close to me.

Call this place the soul of Key West. It is the fresh breeze that dilutes all the tackiness. Excellent, wholesome foods at reasonable prices, and the curry quinoa stirfry is HEAVENLY! I wish there were more places like this.

Good but the prices are high and the staff is sometimes friendly. If you want a smoothie with extra protein it is $8.00. Go around the corner and down two blocks to the Cuban Queen and get their energy smoothie for $6.00 which has the rice protein in it and it is delicious, but in all fairness is not organic.

This is why poor people are fat. Healthy food is for the privileged fools who can afford to pay $12+ dollars for a dixie cup of Ninja®'d vegetables. Seriously, you have got to be kidding me. You'll walk out of there $50+ lighter to get your family of 4 about 24oz of what is basically V8 without the salt. Not only that, but you get to deal with the snotty/crabby staff who for good reason have zero respect for their customers. My young Polish wife got the "Green Immunity" because they were out of beets and so couldn't get the daily detox. There was so much garlic in it she could only drink about 1/4. The rest of my family attempted to drink some but were nobody could meet the challenge. Anyway, screw this place. I'm not going back. They've already got nearly $100 of my hard earned money. Next time I'll buy a Ninja and go to the farmers market and be set for life.

Great afternoon refresher!!!! Just got the Happy Monkey smoothie which is a twist on the old peanut butter banana and it is just excellent!!!!!!

Tried the green curry with quinoa -very good and flavorful !! Also tried the veggie wrap- that was ok, not bad but not that great either... Overall the place seems clean n nice.. Not a huge selection though, but good veggie options

Nice place to detox on your vacation with a kombucha or a fresh-made smoothie. The food looked good too but I didn't try any. The smoothies are very expensive and take a while to come out, but they truly are delicious. Wide variety of flavor options.

Amazing food... We ordered the daily special Thai curry with quinoa and brown rice ... It was simply awesome. Service could be a little faster, outside hat everything was great.

I was in Key West last weekend for a short getaway. My friend who knows I love vegan food highly recommended this place. The food was amazing-- I had the tuna gluten free wrap--which is such a treat to have gluten free items readily available. My friend who had not been exposed to vegan foods before had the tempeh scramble and loved it. We had a coconut turmeric smoothie which I could seriously drink everyday. In addition to their kitchen and drink counter they have an adorable supermarket with quality items that I have not seen in my local supermarket. I stopped by right before my drive back to pick up some Kevita, ginger cashews, and paleo wraps. If I lived closer to this place--my wallet would be in trouble. Oh and they definitely deserve a shout out for excellent customer service both times I visit. That is the cherry on top of this awesome must visit place.

Such a great gluten option, off the beaten path in Key West. I had a green tea, and a gluten free breakfast wrap. The wrap was delicious! It had egg, a special sauce, avocado and greens. I was so pleased, I ordered a smoothie to go. The tables outside are fantastic. They are planters in the middle with fresh herbs and greens growing. All of their to go containers are compostable and green. Inside they have a shop with teas, drinks and groceries. Perfect for stocking up to take back to your room or home. Can't wait to go back!

My wife and I walked here for breakfast while staying in Key West, it's such a great little spot! I had a bagel with cashew nut cheese, avocado and tomato and she had the one with peanut butter and mixed seeds. She also got a peanut butter cup smoothie and I had a fresh juice. They have a nice outdoor seating area which is shaded from the brutal sun. It was a nice little hideaway. We will be stopping back here on our way off the island!

Came here around 4:30 planning on getting something from the cafe, but did not realize it closes at 4. So instead, I decided to pick up something else to go and grabbed some Thai peanut noodles from the market. When I went to check out, I was told there was a credit card minimum and I was about a dollar under it, so I looked around the register and grabbed a small cookie to put my total over the minimum. I was surprised to find that the cookie was over $5. It was vegan and gluten free, but still, over $5 for a single, small, flavorless cookie that I ended up tossing? My noodles were decent, and I like the healthy options this market offers, but it is just too overpriced for me (and the quality/taste did not seem high enough to warrant its prices). If I were to return, I might give the cafe a shot.

Always nice to find a healthy tasty breakfast place while on vacation! Perfect walk in the morning from Duval St. Try breakfast wrap and smoothies! Yum!

This place is ORGANIC ALL THE WAY - which I love! We had healthy wraps, parfait and fruits and great coffee, topped with fresh healthy juice... And it was all good! You can even choose to make your meals Gluten free and vegan. Staff helped me with massage and yoga tips :-) A place after my heart ;-) We'll be back tomorrow for more!!!

The smoothie here was delicious, but $12 is crazy for a smoothie in this land of coconuts and mango trees.

  • Shalyn N.

YUM!! Go here it is awesome! I got a juice and a wrap and they were both fabulous. The people there have to be some of the nicest (along with the bad boy burrito staff, another awesome place). I feel lucky that I found it! The lady who took my order helped me too with the key west map and gave me great suggestions which all my friends were praising too. They were like, "great idea!" and I told them it was the girl at the juice bar. Check out fleming st. too. There are some great little places on this road.

  • Zachary W.

These options are a nice change from all the heavy food offered elsewhere. Everything is fresh and organic. I had the hummus wrap, which was amazing. It's more store than cafe, but there is limited seating. There are also a few parking stalls, which is real rarity for the area.

  • Darren A.

Nice but EXPENSIVE! Like $8-$9 for smoothies. Really nice flavours but the price just too high for me. Good alternative for a healthy breakfast which youd pay similar, if not more for.

    (4)
  • Annette U.

I was really looking forward to our lunch from here, but when my man returned with the salad we were sorely disappointed. $13 for lettuce leaves (some which looked kind of brown - but I was starving and ate it anyway) and some walnuts. I have been spoiled by Native Foods which for $9 you can get a huge, filling, also organic and healthy salad. I wouldn't recommend coming here - it's a rip off for what you get.

amazing food + quick service + lots of choices = we ate here almost every day. must go for anyone looking for healthy food in key west!

  • Daniel B.

Nice to have a lovely luscious juice bar in key west. It is very expensive, it may be the most expensive juices I've ever had, a 12oz juice can cost $9. Ouch! Ok it's organic and the keys.. Lovely patio, free wifi, a few nice groceries and the most expensive almond butter I've ever seen, $24.95... Must be ground from gold plated almonds.... Would recommend and will come again but will be very selective as it is extremely high priced. Wraps are $14.

  • Will T.

Key West seems to specialize in converting gas stations into food stands. I saw several, but Help Yourself is special, dishing up organic fare plus vegan and gluten free dishes. There are creative salads and wraps with healthy items like chickpeas, quinoa, carrots, raisins, almonds, goji berries and avocado. There are a handful of hot times, too, like coconut curry and vegetarian Korean BBQ. But I stopped in on a steamy afternoon for a Berry Bliss smoothie. It was delicious, made with organic frozen fruit and organic apple juice, but at $8, all that health comes with a price. If you're looking for this type of food, seek out Help Yourself. It's incredibly fresh.

I wish I could bring this place back home with me! Great earth-friendly grocery and convenience store. My friend and I could have spent all day looking at the cosmetics, shampoos, and lotions. I really enjoyed my smoothie and the other snacks I bought. The prices where what you'd expect from a specialty store. Very friendly, helpful staff too!

  • Orla T.

Had high hopes for this place as the setting was very pretty but left very disappointed! First of all over $35 for 2 smoothies and a bagel?? Also the not so friendly girl at the register (short hair- avoid her) asked to leave gratuity for just serving us? Payment was done on an iPad and the option for gratuity was 15%, 18% and upwards? I think to ask each person you take their order from for a tip is a little much! Tipping should be done by choice and should not feel forced to do so! We hit the option for 15% because we felt put on the spot! There was also a tip tin once picking up your food outside! Bagel was good but our smoothies were so thick that I couldn't drink it through our straws and threw them out! Def won't be back!!

The fresh juice smoothies are simply amazing!!! I love the purple jungle one best. The staff is so friendly, everything is eco-friendly, and the food/drinks are the best. Everything is very clean too. I highly recommend this place.

Yum. Why has it taken me this long to come here? Ate the Pesto Garden Wrap and had the dragon smoothie. So good. Definitely going to be a repeat customer.

Went here once for lunch, and three times for breakfast lol... It was so good! Indian quinoa salad was awesome! The bagels were delicious and I got the purple jungle but swapped coconut milk for apple juice without a problem!

Had a smoothie from this place today. Though I appreciate their mission to serve as a refuge from bars and seafood restaurants, it was $8 for the smallest size and didn't taste much better than Jamba Juice. Very friendly staff.

I am compelled to write because although the food is pretty good, the drinks pretty good too...you guys seem to be getting more expensive all the time. Locals can't afford your 11$ smoothies!!! We are happy to have you would just love to be able to come more often. Thanks!

Raw goodness in Key West! Huge salads with all the color and creative flair to make you love your lettuce :) really good prepared foods too to grab and go for the beach or your flight home (if you have to leave ) the menu is so creative you'll want to keep coming back to try more! full store with great organic products for the superfoodie and a small produce section for those seeking local and organic. Slightly expensive but super quality and worth it! You'll be fed up, and feeling happy and alive :)

After nearly five months of living in the Florida Keys, I have finally come around to writing a review for Help Yourself. The cafe caters to juicers/ raw foodies/vegans/vegetarians and the occasional fish consumer. All meals that I have ordered are made fresh and taste wonderful. They tend to use many local veggies and fruits and have a great section of wraps and salads. As with everything in Key West, expect to pay more than you would in say Chicago or New York for a meal. The meals are well-portioned and the wraps come in half and whole sizes. I highly recommend the tempeh wrap and the tempeh salad. The staff is pretty friendly and the seating, although somewhat limited, is cozy. Definitely worth a stop for those who are looking to escape the dozens of typical bar tourist stops that surround the area.

Fresh, tasty, an explosion of flavors. Order the sampler platter: hummus, tabouli, indian summer tomatoes drizzled with pesto on summer greens served alongside toasted pita. Delicious!

Help Yourself is a cute little shack located on Fleming Street. Although it's somewhat expensive for a smoothie (around 10$) it makes up for it in atmosphere and customer service. The woman behind the counter took our order politely and kindly while also telling us about other products in the store since we are new here. There is a small area to sit outside that is landscaped urbanely and relaxing. The smoothie was brought out personally and was delicious! Would recommend

Got a smoothie which was ok, however it was $11, very small and served in a plastic cup. Service was a little unfriendly. I asked if I could substitute an ingredient, the girl said yes them proceeded to charge me for it.

How do I explain that it makes me angry that this place is not open for dinner and does not serve organic cocktails?! Seriously - I am pretty sure they were seconds away from getting a restraining order against me this past week - I can't tell you how much I love this place - OMG and they are super friendly and the food is super fresh - and omg GREEN SMOOTHIES! YES PLEASE!!!!! YES PLEASE - Who gains weight eating Vegan: ME that's who! Yes to raw options - yes to beet juice daily detox - gosh yes to open air - yes to clean bathroom - yes to recycled disposables (please this should be law). One stop shopping in Key West!!!!! It makes me sad that I left Key West because I want my bagel with cashew "cream cheese" tomato and sprouts... sigh oh yea and wifi - Holla!

Hidden away from the tourist traps of Duval, this place is a real gem. Really great coffee, even better smoothies and a breakfast wrap that will literally make your mouth water, all with great fresh healthy ingredients. It can be a little pricey, but so can some of the places serving garbage around Mallory Square. Well worth a visit.

Big love for this little gem!!! Wish there was one in Dallas! My youngest son and I walked there this morning to try their fresh squeezed juice. We both got the Daily Detox. It was SO good!!!now I'm just wondering if I want to have the same drink tomorrow or try something new. Oh, decisions decisions. The people working there today were friendly and helpful. It only took a minute or two for them to whip up our drinks and the juices were so good I would have happily waited longer. Definitely worth the walk and the $. Considering the quality of the organic veggies/fruits going into the juice, the price was very fair. It was well worth it and I will be a regular every time we come to key west.

Charming outdoor atmosphere - market environment - Vegan French toast "syrup" has a unique and delightful granular brown sugar quality that you have to taste to understand. Slightly spicy peanut udon noodles are mild and hearty. Everything is excellent and fresh - try this place.

Coming back to the States after a year, I was surprised with a number of organic restaurants and cafes and their quality. I have never had a smothies with cilantro, but if you are a cilantro lover, gotta try this smothie. If you aren't, try other smothies. Done deal. The outdoor chairs are pretty comfy as well.

This restaurant had so many options for my diet restrictions. I had the hummus wrapped in greens. Let me just say, I have no idea how they make that hummus, but it was probably the best I've ever had. I should've bought a container of it to take home! I'll definitely stop in again when I'm back in Key West. Also, plenty of organic produce and "healthy" treats in the store, plus staples, like nut butters, if you want to stock up for vacation. I didn't have a smoothie, but they looked really good and the add ons were numerous. Anyone who follows this lifestyle knows how hard traveling can be. Thank you for making this meal so much easier!!! Staff was helpful with recommendations and substitutions, too!

I was on vacation from Seattle and my vegan friend found this hole in wall and adorable place. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful and quite friendly. It was a bit pricey but the flavors made up for it. The Chocolate Buzz with peanut butter added was delish, and the English Garden Wrap was refreshingly amazing, especially on a hot and humid day. This place rocked my veggie world!!!

Awesome food. The Thai peanut curry stir fry was fantastic. The main course changes every day. We dined here twice during our three night stay.

Wow, this place is a gem! I had spent a few days in Miami and Key West being TOXIC, and it felt soooo good to enjoy some juice and wholesome food after all the meat and bread I had been eating! The Indian Summer (or something like that) salad is beyond freaking delicious, and I would highly recommend it to anybody and everybody! A little sweet, a little savory, and very filling--the half order is plenty for one person. My only complaint was the handling of the gluten free wraps. Those Food For Life brown rice tortillas MUST be heated before you use them, or else they break into fifty pieces and become impossible to eat. Add to that a pound of hummus, and you have a huge mess of a "wrap." Definitely toss that tortilla in the microwave for about 20 seconds, or in a medium-hot pan for about 20 seconds on each side, to get it ready to roll. Your customers will thank you! All in all, this is the best place to eat on the island, and I can't wait to return to it next time I'm in Key West!

Nothing fancy to sit down on but the food is worth creating a seat on the bench or grab a stool. Check out their daily specials and their health food store that will give you inspiration to eat right!

What a great oasis among some of the chaos of key west! Tucked away a good distance from Duvall - help yourself has a great food and smoothie selection. No more pricey then anywhere else. Recommend!

Cute little veggie stand that offers an all organic menu with breakfast and lunch items. Get the lunch box so that you can try a little bit of everything! And stop in the store and get a uniquely unusual snack of goat milk yogurt! Super yummy!

Yes, this place is not cheap but not really more expensive than all the crap on Duval. Nice change with really delicious AND healthy foods and smoothies. Only suggestion would be to see a stronger brewed iced coffee.

Great place for vegans, vegetarians, raw foodists, those who avoid wheat, and even for omnivores. I always get one of two things: the TLT wrap or the Super Spinach salad. I guess I should try other things on the menu, but I love their marinated tempeh that's in both of those items so much (and love that it is made in the keys). Once I did get a half salmon wrap, and while it was very good, I was glad I'd also gotten a half TLT - can't miss an opportunity for that amazing tempeh! As for smoothies, I love the Happy Monkey and the Tropical Green. They usually have yummy fresh-squeezed lemonade in the cooler. The staff are always pleasant and it never takes a long time to get your food. Next, I'm going to try the Mexican salad because my friend and my husband both love it. Also, for anyone who gets a cooked meal and complains it's bland: they will turn up the spice if you simply ask.

Would give it a five if they'd go easier on the salt. Other than that, great wraps and smoothies.

Why is it that all the healthy/organic/natural places around the country look the same? This is one of those places. Smoothies, teas, organic lunches, and lots of vegan options. I have nothing against these places. My wife is vegan and I like healthy food. It's just funny how so many seem similar. I had a smoothie which was decent. One with green tea/goji berries, pomegranate juice, and coconut milk. And then I had a quinoa bowl with coconut curry vegetables and salmon. Let me tell you what happened when it all went downhill: I asked if the bowl would be good with salmon and the cashier said yes, it's great. So I said I'll get that. My wife paid and we waited. I got my dish finally with no salmon. So I brought it back to the kitchen and said I ordered it with salmon. So they said it'll be five minutes and I actually had to show them I was handing them the bowl because they didn't seem to want to take it back. LIke they just wanted me to keep it and then plop a piece of salmon on top when it's ready. Weird. Then I waited and got it back with a piece of salmon plopped on top. When I got back my wife was in line because she was told she had to pay extra for the salmon. What? The cashier is the one who recommended the salmon and yet she didn't ring us up for it? She acted like we never talked about it. And who goes back to the customer to get them to pay extra when they made a mistake? Well, the salmon was terrible. I couldn't even finish it. The curry was bland. When is curry ever bland? Bad food. Bad service. I'd stay away from this place and go to another vegan friendly place if you need to.

This place is delicious. I loved the hummus wrap so much I had to try and make one myself at home. It is expensive, but worth it for the freshness and organic food they serve.

    (4)
  • Todd T.

The juice was great, but the food was not. The seasonal fruit on the granola and yogurt was fermenting. For $10 yogurt and granola, I was hoping for some real seasonal fruit, rather than just apple, pear and pineapple that was fermenting. My fiancé did like her oatmeal; which she thought was unique (with goji berries) and the grain pre soaked.

  • D P R.

Pricey but fresh organic food. They've decent selection of organic and gluten free options on the menu as well. But for a restaurant in a touristy place, they should offer all their menu options every day rather than have day-specials. Or at least they should mention about the day-specials on their online menu. Their fresh smoothies and juices are awesome. Try their Indian dhaal and chocolate banana smoothie on coconut milk.

We stopped here to get a wrap before heading out to Bahia Honda State Park (which is amazing). We got the hummus wrap and it was delicious. Not too light, not too heavy, just perfect with great flavor. We also got an organic juice to enjoy on the ride. As some people have mentioned, it is pricey, but it is organic and delicious. I would pay extra for quality any day of the week. This is a wonderful place to pick up your snacks for the beach!

I walked 8 blocks to eat here. I spent about 5 minutes looking at the menu outside the door and then noticed that two employees looked like they were hurriedly cleaning up. I asked if they were open and she said, "No, we close at 4pm." It was 4:12pm. The door was open, another customer was sitting outside eating, and I saw no sign anywhere that said Closed. You would've thought the least they could do was tell me they were closed when I was standing right in front of them looking at the menu! First of all, who closes at 4 pm on a Tuesday? Secondly, if you're closed, shut the door and put a CLOSED sign up! I don't see any reason why they couldn't have served me when another customer was sitting outside and looked like she'd just begun her meal. That customer even commented that it was a disappointment that I wouldn't be able to eat there. I said loud enough for the employees to hear that I'd walked 8 blocks specifically for the purpose of eating here. No response. No apologies from either of them. They couldn't have cared less.

Okay, i've been totally lagging on this review. No reason, i've just been lazy. So i came here and got Veggies with brown rice and lemon tahini dressing to go before going to the airport to make it back home during the holidays. It was good. But it was okay. I mean, for some reason, i didn't finish my food thinking...i must have that again!! But it's healthy and tasty and i love customizable meals. I would definitely go here again if i was in the area.

I completely fell in love with Help Your Self and it wasmost definitely my "spot" during my vacation. I feel GOOD eating here, everything on the menu is healthy and delicious (I particularly enjoy their version of a lasagna..its out of this world!) Additionally, They put emphasis on recyclying and being "green" and offer trash receptacles for different materials which I appreciate. They also offer a farmers market on certain days and while I have yet to purchase anything, the spinach lettuce looks realllllly good. My only complaint is that it often takes a while to get your food which is perfectly understandable since they prepare everything from stratch the moment you order it, but since the venue is small and unairconditioned and the seating area is outside in the hot key west sun...it's sometimes annoying. regardless, i heart help yourself, it's such a wonderful find.

Great healthy food! Wish every city had more places like this. A little pricey but comparable to other restaurants in KW. Its practically impossble to find real, fresh, healthy, and tasty food (key word healthy) anywhere on this island. This is my new favorite place!. I'm in love with the purple jungle smoothy and the TLT wrap. I would have given it a 5 star but the employees have NO personality, don't smile and aren't friendly when ordering and I've been there a hand full of times.

Help Your Self offers all-organic food for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike. Everything is dairy free, and they have options for vegans and people following raw or gluten free diets. They also have an impressive array of tropical smoothies made with coconut milk and agave. It's not a cheap place to have lunch, but in a town where indulgence is the norm, it's nice to have a healthier option. I had Key West coconut shrimp over brown rice with Key West coconut curry, and it was so enormous that I took half home. It was delicious-- Thai-inspired with toothsome pink shrimp. C had a wild salmon wrap, one of their best sellers, and we also sampled their homemade hummus, which was rich and thick. Up until recently when the Florida growing season ended, they were hosting a farmers' market each week, according to the website. They have limited outdoor seating.

I like this place, it's a great way to "detox" from a night on Duval. I've had both the Hummus Wrap and the Breakfast Wrap. The Hummus Wrap was really good, very flavorful. The Breakfast Wrap was also good, however it was poorly constructed and fell apart after the third bite. Note that there is little to no seating at this place, despite labeling themselves a "restaurant". They are also a bit slow, but it's worth the wait. I'll certainly be back. The reason this place gets 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is entirely overpriced. I know that "organic" food is always pricier, but this is a bit ridiculous.

Tasty and healthy food. I love the tempeh wrap, the vegan french toast, and their smoothies. I only gave 4 stars because of the slow service and the very expensive prices. The women behind the counter always make a point of showing me where I can add tip to the credit card. With prices like that, walk up to the counter type of place, and slow service, I generally skip a tip or just do $1. Are there other places like this one that anyone out there recommends?

OK FOOD, BAD VALUE -- We had 2 wraps and a smoothie and paid $35. The wraps were so small we ended up eating again right away.

This place is a real treasure. Being from California we are spoiled with our access to good fresh organic food and after traveling in Florida for a month this place felt like home. Everything was fresh, super tasty and prepared with great care. The staff folks were friendly and lively. I couldn't resist these little chocolate coconut cubes I found in the fridge called Divine Bites... OMG - are they ever divine!! The "seating" is creative since the shop doesn't have a sit down restaurant license there aren't tables and chairs but a few stools, some spots to sit among planters of herbs and vegetables and a couple of benches. The place is a combination cafe and health food shop with super high quality products. Well worth a visit if you are in the lower keys. I hear the owner hopes to expand to other areas and I"m sure such efforts would be well-received!

Being vegetarians, its difficult to find places that specially cater to our needs. This place was a safe haven... beautiful women serving beautiful food - what else could you ask for! For breakfast, you have GOT to try their vegan French Toast! And don't leave without drinking fresh coconut water from the guy cutting up coconuts outside! If you have a toddler (like we do), buy non-homogenized milk from them - chemical free steroid free with no after taste. For the coffee (specially Iced Latte), ask them to use regular milk unless you cannot drink regular milk. The coconut milk they used in mine made the coffee taste weird but other than that, everything here is delicious! highly recommended!

Really good smoothies, but pretty pricey. If you add any extras to your smoothie, you're pushing 10 bucks, easy.

Portland has much better places, but I have to remember how ridiculously spoiled I am in our food mecca. This is by far the healthiest place we've found and enjoyed since in Florida. I had the ultimate salad and my husband had the chicken wrap. Both were well priced and refreshing. The ambiance was mellow. It looks like the place used to be an old gas station, which was neat. I'd go back if we were staying here longer as it certainly was what my body needed after all the heavy foods that are seemingly more popular in the area. They also are almost finished with a juice bar next door that looks excellent.

We loved the back to nature simplicity of this place! Wonderful array of organic raw, or lightly cooked healthy items, including full weekly meals and meal planning or as simple as fresh made smoothies, with an outdoor patio setting. The food is truly amazing, not anymore pricey than other restaurants of similar quality. If you like eating well and healthy, this place is the best key west has to offer. My daughter & her boyfriend and I went everyday after we found it!!!!

Would surely come back here again. They have a good variety of vegetarian options which was a wonderful thing for a veggie like me! We had their coconut curry which tastes somewhat like Thai curry - similar ingredients and their marinara-tomato-basil curry which tasted less like the store bought marinara sauce and more of fresh tomatoes and basil. The curries come with brown rice/quinoa/pasta and it tastes very good. Was a pleasant break from our previous meals in Key West. They also have a very very tasty purple smoothie which has acai berries, goji berries, blueberries and bananas - took one for the road and I wish we had taken more!

Have been eating raw for awhile now, but am flexible during trips so that I don't starve. So I was thrilled to find a raw friendly place with organic salads, nut meats and great teas in key west! So great. Had the mexican salad and it was delicious and hearty. Thanks Help Your Self!

Had breakfast here while doing my laundry next door. I had the fruit parfait and a bagel with coconut butter. Outside seating only, but it was early and no that hot yet. The food was fantastic.

I absolutely love this place! Healthy vegan options on the menu in beautiful Key West! Try the TLT wrap -- it is heavenly!

I have never left a bad review anywhere before, but I was so angry after shelling out over $20 for 2 wraps barely even full of lettuce on the last day of my Key West trip- I couldn't even eat it. And I live in NYC, where things are expensive! When ordering, I figured the prices meant they'd be the densely packed HUGE wraps that you can make two meals out of....but the wraps were loose, small and mostly lettuce w/ some sauce. I had most of my vacation meals at Bad Boy Burrito and The Cafe- go there instead! I was so furious at being ripped off, I'm literally writing this from the airport!

Great place to get great vegetarian food. I had the super spinach salad it was wonderful. My partner had the ancient secret salad. He had never had quinoa and really enjoyed it. If you not a vegetarian you can add chicken or salmon to any salad. They also have great smoothies. The tropical green was great cooling drink in hot and humid Key West. Please visit this place.....
